This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Systems.
2+ years of experience in technical support; network security, servers, software, data management and maintenance of systems infrastructure. Customer service oriented.
Knowledge in: Oracle database, Microsoft servers, SQL, etc.
Proficient in MS Excel.
Bilingual: Spanish & English.
Professionalism and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Interpersonal skills and effective communication skills (Spanish and English).
Effective organization and planning skills.
Positive attitude, focused on the company's goals. Initiative and sense of urgency.
Able to travel between locations. Will use personal car- Driver's license required.
