JOB OVERVIEW Find fixes, workarounds, and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide technical (Help Desk) support to learning management systems users.
Advice and help in the implementation of technology during curriculum development.
Develop and support methods and procedures for synchronous technology adoption into curriculum (video conferencing, Voice over IP, Chat) Develop and create documentation and support materials for curriculum and instruction technologies.
Maintain learning management systems, including course content and enrollment data.
Provide remote troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues that affect course delivery.
Provide remote troubleshooting solutions for computer or operating system issues affecting course delivery: light design and programming related to file transfers or automated scripting.
Work closely with other departments to collaborate on IT projects.
Train other staff and stakeholders on technical issues as needed.
Provide technical support to web conferencing system users.
Analyze complex computer systems, identify problems, and develop and implement logical conclusions and practical solutions.
Develop and recommend cost-effective technical system improvements.
Operate a personal computer and manage servers using program applications appropriate to assigned duties.
Repair and replace equipment as needed.
Assist in AV setups as needed for meetings Assist new hire training for basic IT needs.
