Job Summary:
Coordinates the logistical aspects of Epic electronic health records (EHR) and associated enterprise applications training activities and projects.
Serves as the Epic Learning Management System (LMS) subject matter expert (SME) to troubleshoot, upload content, download, prepare and distribute reports/analytics, and provide general administrative support.
Interacts daily with operations, "super users," the Epic application team, the Epic vendor training team, third party team, and the organization's training team.

Education and Work Experience:
Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required Experience with Epic Learning Management System "LMS" Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Two years' relevant experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Troubleshoots Epic learning management system (LMS) problems with end-users and Epic LMS administrators.
Processes course updates.
Identifies new learning needs relevant to the Epic LMS (e.g., new departments, job titles, and codes; secondary positions; and changes in practice scope or regulatory requirements). Collaborates with stakeholders and Epic to create and/or assign online coursework to meet identified learning needs.
Develops and maintains processes for identifying and removing outdated or inactive assignments, competencies, assessments, and student groups.
Collaborates to develop processes for reviewing course content and needed updates; ensures content accuracy. Engages with Human Resources (HR), operational managers, and the Epic team to support a role analysis process that identifies users needing Epic access and maps them to Epic-defined job roles.
Provides data/status around training registration and completion. Ensures staff members are assigned appropriate Epic training tracks and registered for classes (e.g., including new hires, existing employees, and system upgrades).
Assists in securing training rooms, workstations, printers, projectors, screens, barcode scanners, and other equipment needed for virtual Epic-led training and operational readiness activities requiring a computer laboratory. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
