We believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone's perspectives are valued and respected.Job DescriptionAssist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems;Provide technical support to end-users, including performing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues;Collaborate with the Internal IT Team, maintain inventory and ensure hardware availability;Participate in the team's projects and initiatives;On-site availability at our Berlin Office is required.QualificationsCurrently enrolled as a student in a degree program in computer science, information technology, or a related field;Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Excellent written and spoken English skills;Experience with Mac OS and networks will be considered as plus.Additional InformationYour contact at TISGalina BonevaHR Generalist
