Insight Global is looking for a ITxM Project Manager to join a large Fortune 100 client remotely in India.
The project manager will lead the integration of the ITxM tool, HappySignals, with ServiceNows IRM module, ensuring proper configuration and optimization to enhance user experience and IT service performance for the security team.
This individual will manage the project from initiation to completion, conduct requirement gathering sessions, create project plans and timelines, ensure timely delivery, and budget adherence.
You will manage the usage of the ServiceNow IRM module to track and mitigate risks associated with IT projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Leveraging data from HappySignals, you will provide actionable feedback on IT experience, enable continuous improvement of IT services and customer satisfaction, and identify and implement improvements in IT service delivery processes.
The project manager will prepare regular status updates, performance metrics, and reports for stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
This individual will lead and manage change initiatives related to the deployment and use of ITxM tools and risk management.
In this role you will help train and support team members on utilizing HappySignals and the ServiceNow IRM module.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on IT service management (ITSM) or IT experience management (ITxM)
-Experience with the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module in the ServiceNow platform
-Proven experience managing the implementation of an ITxM tool
-Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks
-Expertise in risk management principles and translate business requirements into technical solutions/requirements - Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
-Experience working in the security domain
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience with ITxM tool HappySignals
-Experience in managing ITxM projects in a large enterprise environment
-Familiarity with continuous service improvement (CSI) methodologies
-Hands-on experience with customer experience management (CXM) tools in IT service delivery contexts
