We are currently seeking an Organizational Change Management Advisor to join our Medicaid Enterprise Systems Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) team in Florida, United States (US).

The position is remote, with the possibility of up to 10% travel to the client location.

Identify improvements and additions to the FX Program's OCM toolkit to support enterprise-level work.
Contribute to the IV&V Weekly Project Performance and Progress Report.
Contribute to the IV&V FX Program Monthly Status Report.
Contribute to the IV&V FX Program Focused Assessments.
Verify and monitor the client's stakeholder impact and readiness assessments to drive faster adoption, measure and monitor for increased utilization, greater proficiency, and effectiveness of OCM activities.
Ensure the client has the active and visible support of the module vendors and assist in ways to improve engagement.
Review and provide comments on the OCM deliverables and work products developed by multiple vendors to ensure adherence to the vendor's contractual requirements and FX standards.
Verify and monitor adherence to the FX Standards (e.g., plans, processes and procedures).
Identify, document and track findings of deficiencies and make recommendations.
Participate in FX Integrated OCM (IOCM) meetings.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders on a routine basis.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare, including IV&V experience Minimum of 8 years' experience as a OCM analyst, project or business analyst on a large-scale system implementation Minimum of 5 years' experience in government or HHS consulting experience, including drafting deliverables and participating in peer review of deliverables Preferred Qualifications: Ability to establish relationships and influence others toward a common vision or goal Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Office applications Capability to process large amounts of information into consumable work products and coordinate necessary tasks through completion according to the schedule Prosci, ACMP, or an equivalent OCM certification or experience Excels at using quantitative data to drive recommendations Strong problem-solving, teamwork and customer service skills
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.
The starting pay range for this remote role is $79,920 - $100,000.
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
