The Occupancy Managements IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) team is focused on creating, implementing, and sustaining workplace strategies and technology to improve organizational value and return on real estate investments.

We are seeking an experienced IWMS Implementation Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IWMS solutions to our clients.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client-facing abilities.
What Youll Do: Develop engaging and informative presentations for workshops and client meetings.
Gather and document client requirements for IWMS implementation projects.
Create detailed design documentation based on client requirements and project specifications.
Work with clients to facilitate data collection and validation.
Manage and complete data loading processes to ensure accurate system configuration.
Configure the IWMS software according to client needs and specification and document configuration.
Create dashboards and reports using IWMS platform.
Prepare training documentation and conduct training sessions to educate clients on using the IWMS system effectively.
Respond to client inquiries and provide technical assistance.
Conduct software demos to showcase IWMS capabilities to clients.
Offer ongoing support and solve for IWMS-related issues.
Assist clients with system upgrades.
Coordinate with team members and partners to ensure project work are met on time.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
What Youll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Solid understanding in IWMS or CAFM technologies is highly desired.
Experience with Nuvolo IWMS and/or ServiceNow platform is recommended.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript or XML is recommended.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
