Executive Assistant, Investor Relations ($110k-$130k) Thriving private equity firm located in West Los Angeles is looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to provide high-level support for their Investor Relations team.
Responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, preparing expense reports, planning and executing roadshows, handling a variety of requests from potential and current investors, and assisting with ad-hoc projects for team members as needed.

Qualified candidates must have prior experience working in Investor Relations. Background in financial services is highly preferred.
