These duties and responsibilities will be rated on the Annual Performance Review.

Responsible for the care of the building.
Responsible for the care of the ground Performs janitorial duties around the different areas of the building daily.
Receives training on various equipment utilized in the process of daily housekeeping tasks Training utilized to operate floor buffer machine and scrubber machine to clean rugs around the building.
Additional Responsibilities Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience and Certification(s) High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Good oral/verbal communication skills Supervision Received The incumbent is assigned duties according to specified procedure and receives detailed instructions.
Work is checked frequently.
