Job Description Position: Commercial Lines Team Lead - Insurance Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager Minimum 2 years of experience in a management level position Experience with a wide variety of commercial lines policies Must be able to multitask, delegate, and demonstrate execution a Must be able to interact with a wide variety of personalities Must have strong organizational and planning skills Must have the ability to implement efficiencies and problem solve Must have robust excel skills Must have good written communication skills CIC, CRM, or CISR preferred but not required Experience with Applied EPIC preferred Spansih speaking is a plus Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Job Responsibilities: Commercial Lines Lead Oversee and manage Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), including coaching, disciplining, mentoring, and enforcing policies and procedures Help on-board new CSRs, communicate job expectations, and utilize personal expertise and skill set for training Evaluate individual CSR job performance semi-annually, identify and address developmental needs Analysis of procedures and implementing streamlining Train and oversee outsourced positions within department Delegate workload when team members are out of office (sick/vacation) Handle low level escalated customer service issues before elevation to upper management Resolve accounting disputes within department
