Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.
You will be expected to be a subject matter expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, as well as provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

+ Develop innovative solutions to meet project requirements
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
+ Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback
+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance application development
+ Roles is 100% onsite at West Chester, PA location
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum 5+ years of Java EE experience
+ Minimum 5+ years of Spring Boot experience
+ Minimum 5+ years of SQL DB experience
+ High School Diploma / GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Cassandra DB, Apache Spark, Scala, Big Data
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
