Summary This individual will lead a group of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on coordinating efforts between onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features, maintaining a focus on performance and responsiveness.
Oversee code quality, organization, and adherence to best practices, including conducting code reviews and implementing automation strategies.
Coordinate project efforts between onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Identify and resolve software issues, including bottlenecks and bugs, to maintain optimal application performance.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies, enhancing team productivity and project outcomes.
Required Skills 12+ years of Java development experience with prior supervisory or Tech Lead experience Strong proficiency in Java 8 and above.
Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
Strong API experience using REST APIs, Swagger, and GraphQL for API design/querying.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and innovative approach.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
