Job Title : Java Tech Lead Location : Pleasanton, CA (Onsite) Type : Full Time Job description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10 Years of relevant experience.
Required Skills: 7 years of experience in web development and technology leadership.
Proficient in Java, modern JavaScript frameworks, and web services.
Strong experience with DevOps tools and practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
Preferred Skills: Experience with AEM, MySQL, MongoDB, and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor teams in the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications using Java, Angular, and other technologies.
Architect and integrate web services (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML) with microservices.
Oversee testing processes using tools like Junit, SOAPUI, and Postman.
Utilize server-side programming with JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred) and backend technologies (Node.js, SpringBoot).
Drive the development of Enterprise Content Management solutions and navigate SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP).
Manage client engagements and technology projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Apply strong DevOps skills, including GitHub, Docker, and CI/CD practices.
