Little, nationally recognized as a "Best Firm to Work For" and one of the nation's most progressive design firms, is seeking a Job Captain with a positive, collaborative work style, for our Retail Studio in our Newport Beach, CA Office.


Responsibilities include: Interfacing with an expanding major retailer with a multi-state footprint.
Design and construction document development for execution of retail projects.
Attending site survey's and presenting projects to clients.
Overall team management to ensure and complete project assignments and reviews.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and characteristics: Bachelor's degree in architecture; Architectural registration (or on track) is preferred.
3+ years of professional experience.
Experience in Retail projects preferred.
Excellent communication skills and highly organized.
Revit skills required; AutoCAD knowledge and experience a bonus; Photoshop, InDesign or additional graphic skills preferred.
The ideal candidate is comfortable and adept at working on multiple fast paced projects.
Candidate will be a solid self-starter, creative thinker, and independent problem solver.
Self-motivated candidates demonstrating a proactive work ethic are ideal.
A commitment to sustainability as a responsible business practice and approach to design.

*** Anticipated salary range for this position:$64,515 - $85,000; based on experience level.
