Responsibilities
• Lead the design and execution of the annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes• Monitor and help evolve key performance indicators and analyze variances• Simplify, streamline, and automate FP&A processes• Collaborate with business partners to understand and communicate evolving business trends• Perform frequent ad hoc projects and build financial models• Collaborate with accounting team on month-end close and reporting• Find opportunities to optimize spend and reduce costs• Produce and report on weekly, monthly, quarterly performance• Assess profitability by geography, product, customer• Hold monthly business reviews with Leadership and Management Teams
Requirements
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in financial planning• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business• Advanced MS Office Suite skills: Excel and PowerPoint• Previous experience leading and coaching a team• Experience with NetSuite and NSPB (Hyperion) or equivalent• Exceptional analytical skills with extreme attention to detail• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with minimal support• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written• Ability to handle confidential information• Strong interpersonal skills; works effectively in a team environment
Key Skills Needed
• Advanced MS Office Suite skills: Excel and PowerPoint• Experience with data analytics• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets• Experience with Power BI or related dashboard products
