Job: Conformal Coating Operator

The Conformal Coating Operator executes various manufacturing processes in support of product flow within the Conformal Coating department by applying various coatings to Printed Circuit Boards and assemblies. Perform miscellaneous assembly related tasks during downtimes in the conformal coating area.
Requirements: Previous experience with assembly.Minimum 1 year experience working directly within conformal coating process in an electronics manufacturing facility. Must be able to mask and tape.Maintain Conformal Coating booth and equipment.Automotive Spray Painting experience acceptable.Must be able to lift, move and pour liquid chemicals used in the coating process. Able to follow MSDS safety guidelines while handling this process.Able to work with limited supervision.Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills are required.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required.Work history establishing dependability and competent job performance.High school diploma or equivalent.Must be a US Citizenship or Permanent Residency as requirements of ITAR.Contract Specialties Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
