Job: Head Of Tax

Our client, a local P.E. portfolio company, is looking to add a Head of Tax (#1 tax person) to their team due to growth. This position will report directly to their CFO.
The selected individual should have experience reporting within a P.E. environment, while having a background within the real estate, financial services, or energy sector. You will oversee an outsourced tax function that includes multiple entities in several states. Experience with K-1's, partnerships, and closely-held entity structures along with tax compliance and deal structuring related to tax strategy is required.
Additionally, you will need a background managing outside resources and consultants. A CPA and/or Master's degree is a plus.
This is a hybrid role with a weekly presence in the DC market. Compensation includes market base + bonus.
