As a trainer on our team, you'll help provide Joint Fires Observer qualification, certification, and sustainment training and instruction for the Army through training courses, gaming, and classroom instruction. You Have: Experience as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller or Joint Fires Observer Experience with virtual training, simulations, or gaming Experience with the integration of direct and indirect fires Experience with training, evaluation, and exercise scenario development Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Completion of a JFS ESC formal JTAC training school or Joint Fires Observer School Nice If You Have: Experience as a JTAC I / E or JFO-E Experience with Virtual Battle Space 3, Virtual Battle Space Fires, STRIKE, or FST Experience with training management Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,700.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
