Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement packaging projects with Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing,Distributionand outside suppliers to meet customer requirements.
Conduct package and material tests, analyze data, and write reports including conclusions and recommendations to Division Package Engineering.
Conduct lab housekeeping.
Create,reviseand publish package specifications.
Create,reviseand publish testing procedures.
Minimum requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age Must legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment visa status Must currently be enrolled in a Packaging related degree program and are actively working toward aBachelorsdegree. Must have sophomore, junior or senior class standing at time of Co-Op Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8Preferred Qualifications:
Have at least one (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office products (e.g.
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and/or Outlook) Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks Working knowledge of packaging materials such as plastics, paper, metal, etc.
