Junior Account Manager

Job Summary: The Jr. Account Manager will work closely with Account Managers, Account Executives & other internal departments to maintain client accounts. This entry-level role will expose you to all departments within the agency, so you will be involved in creative, digital media, and traditional media. This candidate should be detail-oriented and apt to manage several projects at one time while prioritizing deadlines. Skills desired include: communication proficiency, time/project management, attention to detail, and an enthusiasm to learn new skills. Any experience with digital campaigns, Google tools, Asana or Slack is a plus.
Essential Duties: Coordination with agency members for account services, production, digital, media & billingManagement of broadcast & digital projects, including requesting, proofing, and gathering final approvalsQA'ing production and agency assetsDaily internal & client communicationMeeting preparation, including gathering materials/info from other team members and creating PowerPoint presentationsLogging, distributing & managing meeting notes and action itemsTask management of your own tasks, as well as working with team members to ensure you receive needed materials on time By joining The Moran Group as a Jr Account Manager, you will work with great people, get access to professional mentors & make an impact for our clients.
