Responsibilities
• Assist sales team in developing and implementing strategic sales plans• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients• Conduct visits to dispensary partners and make product presentations• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries• Stay current with industry trends and regulations• Collaborate with marketing team for industry events and trade shows• Generate and maintain accurate records of sales activities• Prepare and present sales reports• Maintain understanding of cannabis industry regulations• Ensure compliance in all sales activities
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred• Previous sales experience, preferably in cannabis or related industries• Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, and industry regulations• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets• Proficiency with basic software programs• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation• Willingness to travel within assigned territory• Passion for the cannabis industry and ethical practices
