Executing sales strategies and being responsible for account management in the dedicated region.Account ManagementMonitor and analyze real time client flows to proactively resolve liquidity or other workflow issuesKeeping contact with active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areasManage clients in the dedicated sales area; retain and increase existing businessServe as first point of contact for trouble shooting of non-technical problemsCollecting client feedback to report to developmentUser training (if required locally)SalesIdentification of business opportunities from new and existing clientsGenerating new leads and expand footprintArranging meetings, presentations and follow-upsInitiating of contracts, bringing clients liveFull responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales areaSupport the growth of Institutional Sales Strategy, which includes Gathering marketing intelligence / prospect profiling and supporting the growth of our business regionallyPreparation and participation in client presentationsBusiness DevelopmentLiaise with industry participants in the corporate, fund manager, bank, retail, and asset management space.  Liaise with local TMS/PMS/OMS/EMS vendors and consultantsLiaise with local sales teams of market makersWin market intelligence from local contacts and feed them into the organizationWork closely with global sales force to maximize our global customer relationships and cooperate as a member of a team in global sales opportunitiesMaintain relationships with established portfolio clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potentialMonitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve pricing coverage that will lead to increased trading activityOrganize and/or attend regular networking events with local market professionalsPropose and organize necessary events in coordination with Marketing and Marketing DirectorSales / Account Management Skills: Ability to demonstrate account management planning to maintain and develop existing customer businessReliable and capable of consolidating creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements.Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial communityPractical experience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industryStrong data analytical skills and good problem-solving logicHigher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalentCredible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skillsService and detail-orientedHighly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team playerClear career conceptRobust benefit package, including 401(K) employer matchPaid time off360T Academy A highly motivated and skilled multinational teamA central and modern workplace with high development potential in ManhattanPerformance appraisals on a regular baseThe base salary range for this position is 70,000 - 85,000 USD. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location, experience, and qualifications.The position is based in New York City and available immediately.
