Job Description
The scope of responsibilities will include:
Responsible for correctness and adequateness of company books and bank accounts
Responsible for Accounts Receivables, i.e. deposits, credit card receipts, invoicing, payments, etc.
Responsible for billing such as tracking invoicing and following up on payments
Prepare and review account reconciliations
Supervised preparation of inventory monthly and annual reports
Assistance with yearly statutory reports and coordination with external auditors
Qualifications
Professional training in the field of Accounting (College/University degree)
At least 1 year of experience of independent work in Finance/Accounting
Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and tax legislation
Knowledge of and experience with SAP
Proficient English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Responsibility, attention to detail, communication skills, ability to work in a team
Experience in an international company is a plus
