Junior Accounting Analyst About the Company & Opportunity: My client is a well-established real estate firm conveniently located in Midtown, Manhattan near multiple forms of public transportation Hybrid schedule, three days remote, two days in office, equipment provided Firm is in high growth mode and continuing to grow / promote from within! The firm doubled in unit size and planning to close on thousands more by year-end. Management truly cares about staff, open door policy, questions and ideas encouraged! Equipment provided for remote work Responsibilities: Monthly close preparation including assisting with monthly operating reports to investors and third parties CAM reports Cash flow analysis Assist with audit package preparation Manage general ledger activity, trial balance, workpapers, etc. Experience Preferred: Candidates of all skill level encouraged to apply Strong communication, and comfortability being front facing a must! Strong excel including v-lookups and pivot tables a plus Experience with Yardi, MRI or other real estate systems a plus #INSEP2023
