Description Entry-Level/Junior Business and IP Litigation Attorney
We are a small boutique law firm (9 attorneys) looking for an entry-level or Junior Business/IIP Litigation Attorney who is passionate about being a true advisor and problem solver for businesses and business owners.
This is an entry-level position for lawyers to gain experience in our firm's practice area (business, IP, and litigation).
This may also be an excellent spot for attorneys who want to get into this area from other practice areas (insurance defense/construction, etc.)

Responsibilities
•Spot legal issues with new matter
•Review, organize, and analyze documentation from the clients
•Present legal strategies via memos and advisory letters
•Perform legal research on pertinent client issues
•Assist with drafting business transaction documents
•Draft and answer legal questions for marketing and sales teams
•Prepare articles or blog posts on recent legal issues
•Assist communication with clients
Qualifications
•Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
•Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school
•Be a member in good standing with the respective State's Bar Association (or Pending Texas Bar)
•Able to think logically and rationally
•Excellent verbal and written skills
•Be a self-starter who wants to become an active member of a team
•Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are a must!
•Be trustworthy, and understand the ethical obligations of confidentiality in all situations
