\n Position Summary:The main role of a Sand Valley Junior Caddie is to guarantee that the guests have a pleasurable day of golf. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to carry golf bag(s) for 6+ milesMonitoring group pace of playDeliver a high end, one of a kind experience to each resort guestProvide guests with course knowledge, share information about the resort, and hold casual conversation throughout the roundAssist golfer with decisions on golf shotsMaintain condition of mowed areas and hazards; fix divots, ballmarks, etcHelp calculate guests' yardagesClean golf balls and clubsLocate errant shotsAssist guest services team with additional tasksAdditional resort assistance; including but not limited to supporting grounds with general course maintenance or Ball Boy/Girl at Tennis Complex. Qualifications:Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or golf industry preferred but not requiredDemonstrate quality verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
