Position Summary: Complete Solar is seeking a Junior Systems Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of secure and efficient systems across our organization. This entry-level role involves collaborating with senior team members to assist in implementing strategies, developing tools, and improving the functionality of our systems. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of secure and efficient system workflows.Collaborate with team members to implement technical solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance requirements.Participate in basic risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.Support the implementation of tools, technologies, and processes to enhance system security and functionality.Help monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior team members.Learn and adhere to industry security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.Contribute to team discussions on best practices, new technologies, and innovative solutions.Support documentation and reporting for system updates and security enhancements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Basic understanding of system development, security principles, and troubleshooting.Experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or C#.Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical team members. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
