Junior Employment Attorney

This is an excellent opportunity for recent law school graduates or attorneys with up to 2 years of experience in employment law to join a dynamic team focused on providing top-notch legal services.

As a Junior Employment Attorney, you will be working closely with senior attorneys on a variety of cases, gaining invaluable hands-on experience in both defense and plaintiff-side employment law.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 0-2 years of experience in employment law preferred, but recent graduates will be considered. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to handle legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings. Familiarity with federal and state employment laws is a plus. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Active bar membership in California.
