We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Project Estimating Team in Carrollton, GA. The right individual for this role will already possess knowledge in Industrial/Commercial HVAC, mechanical and plumbing related projects. Responsibilities
+ Attend meetings with sales team to quote mechanical, plumbing, and industrial projects.
+ Be able to read and understand drawings for projects that need to be quoted
+ Utilize proper tools and equipment for quoting and bid tracking
+ Generate tentative schedules to determine job durations based on specs.
+ Takeoff accurate quantities of ductwork, pipe, etc.
+ Communicate effectively with customers, design professionals, sub-contractors, vendors, and co-workers.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical installation
+ Ability to read and comprehend project drawings
+ Ability to work on the computer, utilizing estimating programs, email, spreadsheets, etc.
+ Must be able to self-check own work to ensure accuracy and completeness
+ Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and schedule requirements.
+ Adheres to all safety protocols, project rules, and company policies and procedures.
