Position: Junior Legal Case Coordinator Location: Austin, Texas Company Overview: We are a rapidly growing company specializing in settlement support for legal cases. Position Overview: The Junior Legal Case Coordinator is a key member of our team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals with 1 or more years of experience in customer service, legal support, healthcare claims, or similar fields. The Junior Legal Case Coordinator helps to ensure cases are progressing smoothly by managing communication between various stakeholders and supporting internal operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing case files, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and organized. Communicate with clients via email and phone to provide updates and gather missing information. Input and maintain up-to-date case information in the case management system. Monitor key case milestones and alert the team when action is required. Support the preparation of reports and case summaries for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in gathering, reviewing, and processing documents, such as health plan documents and lien letters. Ensure compliance with company protocols for managing client files and deadlines. Knowledge & Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with data entry and case management or customer service software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Preferred Experience: 1+ years of experience in legal support, healthcare claims, or a customer service-related role. Interest or familiarity with legal or healthcare claims is a plus, but not required.
