Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $65,000, with the potential to earn six figures through performance-based bonuses

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (0-2 years' experience) who is passionate about consumer rights and eager to grow in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment.
As a licensed attorney, you will handle substantive legal tasks and develop expertise in consumer protection law while supporting the legal team in managing client cases.
The position is performance-driven, offering significant earning potential for motivated attorneys.
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with prospective clients.
Engage in substantive conversations to assess client needs and explain our legal services.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements under supervision.
Case Management Support: Assist with the intake and onboarding of new clients.
Collect and organize necessary documentation for legal cases.
Legal Support: Conduct legal research and draft documents as needed.
Participate in pre-litigation conferences and negotiations with opposing parties.
Represent clients in negotiations under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Qualifications: Experience: Licensed attorney (active bar membership required).
Prior legal experience in a high-volume defense or plaintiff's firm is highly preferred.
Comfortable with phone-based communication and negotiation.
Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities involving financial discussions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
