Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our Franchise Success Department. This role involves coordinating and managing projects aimed at enhancing franchise operations, ensuring franchisee satisfaction, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving project success.
Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects related to franchise operations and support.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with franchisees, internal teams, and external partners.Task Management: Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.Training and Support: Provide training and support to franchisees on new processes and systems.Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, using KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, IT, and finance teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Project Completion Rate: Percentage of projects completed on time and within budget.Franchisee Satisfaction: Measured through surveys and feedback from franchisees.Task Completion Rate: Percentage of tasks completed by the assigned deadlines.Budget Adherence: Percentage of projects completed within the allocated budget.Risk Mitigation: Number of identified risks successfully mitigated.Training Effectiveness: Improvement in franchisee performance post-training, measured through specific metrics.Communication Efficiency: Timeliness and clarity of communication with stakeholders, measured through feedback. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in project management or a related role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Basic understanding of franchise operations is a plus.
