Junior Regional Property Manager

Job Title: Jr. Regional Property Supervisor Location: South LA/East LA area Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (weekends as needed) Interview: 1 in-person interview Start Date: ASAP Language: Bilingual Spanish required Software: Yardi experience required Responsibilities: Supervise and guide property managers across multiple locations. Ensure company policies and best practices are consistently applied. Address tenant concerns and maintain positive relationships. Monitor occupancy, financials, and property performance. Analyze reports, optimize revenue, and control expenses. Recruit, train, and evaluate property management staff. Oversee property maintenance and capital projects. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Negotiate and manage vendor contracts. Report performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (preferred) or 2+ years in property management with supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Yardi and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of property laws and financial analysis.
