We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who provides the best services to our customers, in line with Hempel vision and values. This is an exciting opportunity to join Hempel, to develop and grow within the company.
Responsibilities: End to end cross-border sales order management in the ERP system, including facilitation of on-time delivery, product substitutions, and invoicing.End-to-end return order management.Outbound and inbound customer communication.Support and/or drive resolution of non-technical customer complaints.Support customer data management.Frequent interaction with the commercial organization on orders.Qualifications and competences: Bachelor or master's degree.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Min. 1 year experience in Customer Service or in a similar role is preferred.Good English language skills – oral and written.Good knowledge of other languages (Scandinavian, German, or other European languages) would be a strong plus.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Technical background would be an advantage.Highly motivated and proactive.Well-organized and detail-oriented person.Friendly and open-minded team player, able to work with limited supervision.Good ability to work under time pressure.What we offer: Truly awesome team located in Gdansk, Poland.Competitive salary with annual bonus based on KPI's.Financing for a Private health care package.Group insurance.Co-financing for Multisport card funding.Long holidays extra pay.International and non-corporate work environment.Access to Hempel Academy platform (e-learning and language courses).Additional information: Our office is located in Gdansk, Poland.
