Responsibilities:

Accurately enter invoice information received via AP inbox, gather appropriate approvals to prepare invoices for payment Assist with Accounts Receivable transactions as needed Communicate with vendors on a daily basis to provide payment status updates / request missing information Assist with month end closing responsibilities including bank reconciliations/journal entries Experience Preferred:
