Hi Professionals, Hope you are doing great, Job Title: Kafka Developer Location: San Francisco, CA 94111 - Onsite day one Details of the role / application, as appropriate: Over 7 years of experience in building, re-architecting and refactoring of the Java codebase for critical applications.
Python experience is a plus Over 3 years of working experience in Kafka (Consumption, publishing and streaming) architecture and integrations Over 3 years of working experience in Spark with Scala and processing of streamed data from Kafka Significant knowledge and working experience in Java concurrency modules and multi-threading implementations of critical applications in production Experience in migration of Java code from JDK 7 to 8 and/or 11 or later versions Very good understanding of RDBMS (Oracle) and data warehouse (Vertica) as programmer to optimize the performance of complex queries Significant experience in writing Junit for Java code coverage Significant experience in containers and micro services life cycle Significant experience in Spring modules, maven build scripts etc.
Knowledge of Drools based rules engine Some experience in UI development and building contract for RESTful API in backend Knowledge of Hazelcast or distributed caching frameworks Basic Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana Required details: Core Java, Kafka Good to have: Python We need strong Java Backend developer with recent 3 years of Kafka exp.
