Key Responsibilities: The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist is responsible for the provision of comprehensive clinical pharmacy services for the TCT clinic. Duties will include the coordination, education, and medication management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, with oversight of organization-wide collaboration on quality projects. Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Skills- Kafka, Kafka cluster, RDMS database/SQL/Stored Procedures. Bachelor's Degree (BS Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD). ASHP residency preferred. Looking for a Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) Completed a residency in this area and has a few years of RECENT (WITHIN THE LAST YEAR) Pharmacist in an acute hospital setting MUST HAVE ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE. Candidates MUST HAVE TCT, CAR-T, or BMT EXPERIENCE Willing to consider candidates without their BCOP but they must be open to obtaining it when they're eligible to do so. Must have FL Pharmacy License or it must be in process with an ETA as to when they will receive it.
