Job Title: Key Account Manager (Automotive Powertrain & Electrical Segment)
Reports To: Head - 2-Wheeler & Powertrain Sales

Location: Pune (40-50% Travel required)
Responsibilities: Drive sustained profitable growth in the assigned key account/accounts in Powertrain Segment, aligned with organization strategy to ensure long term success.Acquire holistic understanding of key customers' needs and map customer organization at all levels to get desired insights.Drive opportunities to improve profitability.Drive SKF key account management process/tools to achieve annual growth & margin targets for Powertrain customers in southern part of the country.Identify right opportunities with the customer account to develop and deliver value-based offers for a win-win outcome.Serve as a primary business contact for the customer and ensure high customer satisfaction.Nurture strategic relationships with senior management at key accounts to become long term trusted partner to the customer.Metrics: Revenue & Margin AchievementsNew Business BookingsWallet share improvementsCustomer Ratings – Objective and SubjectiveOM ImprovementBusiness Acumen and Financial KnowledgeMarket and Customer OrientationInterpersonal RelationshipsNegotiation SkillsExposure to Powertrain Global AccountsCandidate Profile: Years of experience required: 6-9 years of experience in handling Automotive, Powertrain, for the Western region (Pune location).
Qualification: BE Mechanical or Automobile Engg. preferred (Full time) and MBA.
