Catbird is looking for experienced Key Holders to join the retail team at our store in Boston. As a Key Holder, you will be a leader on our store team assisting with the store operations and supervision of staff. \n Key ResponsibilitiesAll aspects of customer service to create a welcoming and helpful buying experience for our customersWeld Catbird's forever jewelry line onto our customersMaintain Catbird's high quality standards and consistency despite fast paced environment and repetitiveness of work.Assisting managers to receive, price, display, clean, and maintain inventory throughout the store.Assists with supervising and training Sales Associates/Zappers Open and closes store and is a point person on processes and procedures. Assist sales associates with various customer service issues (i.e. dissatisfied customer, returns, defective merchandise) and have the capacity to know when to step in an escalated situation gracefully.
