We are looking for a Key Holder with experience on the sales floor who can quickly adapt to our policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to address business needs, ensuring adequate shift coverage and occasionally supervising Sales Associates. Consistently provide outstanding customer service by confidently demonstrating the Company's selling model. Maintain brand standards in cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation. Understand sales goals and align your behaviors to meet and exceed them. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive store performance and achieve both personal and store-wide sales targets. Enhance the shopping experience through on-the-spot coaching, role modeling, and utilizing customer feedback. Maximize team sales potential by educating staff on product knowledge and coaching on effective sales techniques. Oversee inventory processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and conducting regular inventory counts. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security policies, maintaining a clean and presentable store environment. Train, develop, and assess Sales Associates to uphold high performance standards. Organize and manage the store's scheduling needs while fostering strong, lasting relationships with customers. Qualifications: 2-4 years of retail experience Strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of children's fashion is a plus. Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and Holidays Exceptional interpersonal skills, thriving in a team environment with both customers and colleagues. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and tackle challenges. Attention to detail, recognizing that small factors, such as store cleanliness and display adjustments, significantly impact the customer experience. Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a variety of responsibilities daily. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must be 18 years of age or older Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Capability to lift up to 30 lbs. Comfortable navigating stairs and frequently bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and moving items.
