Kickstart 2025 Program

No matter which path you choose, Crossland has opportunities for you.The Kickstart Program is an intense 8-week summer experience for high school and technical school students interested in the construction industry. Students will gain valuable knowledge within the various construction fields, helping them decide which path is right for them.
What you need to qualify for the program: Be seniors in high school or have already graduatedShow interest in the construction industryHave a positive attitude and desire to learnBe willing to complete tasks and take on new challengesEnjoy working outdoors and in various weather conditionsBe willing to work hard and being on concrete's clock
