• Cooking and prepping food to order• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels• Supporting a strong team dynamic• Developing Crew members• Communicating effectively with Crew and customers• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and sanitation• Monitoring and maintaining kitchen equipment• Ensuring safety guidelines are met• Filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
Requirements
• Previous Chipotle Crew member experience• Understanding and articulation of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy• Fluency in the primary language(s) of the work location• High school diploma• Restaurant experience
