Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM.

As the Kitchen Management/Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operation and staff. Your primary goal will be to maintain an organized and efficient kitchen that consistently delivers high-quality dishes. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across both restaurants. Creating and updating menus with innovative and seasonal dishes, reflecting creativity and passion for different flavors and culinary trends. Training and mentoring kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Implementing and enforcing kitchen hygiene and safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborating with restaurant management to optimize kitchen workflow, inventory management, and cost control. Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
Requirements: Proven experience in kitchen management or executive chef roles, preferably in high-end dining establishments. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate kitchen staff. Exceptional culinary skills with a demonstrated ability to create and execute high-quality dishes. Creativity and passion for experimenting with new ingredients, techniques, and flavor combinations. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
