What we're looking for: Minimum of two years of restaurant experienceManagement and/or hospitality experience a plusExperience in managing COGS and laborServSafe certified or able to complete certificationResponsibilities: Primary responsibility for all BOH sanitation and operations by following county health standards and the company's BOH processes.Keeping your team up to date on processes & current specialsDaily, Weekly & Monthly inventory on food and beverage itemsPractice teamwork by assisting co-workers and leading by exampleTraining, developing, and scheduling team membersWhy join our team?
