• Working hands-on with staff, cooking in the restaurant and BQT kitchens daily• Proper Purchasing and Food Production Management and Practices• Assisting shift supervisors in maintaining a well-trained and efficient staff• Assisting in organizing/controlling how food is stored and prepared• Ensuring timely delivery of quality food to satisfy customers and meet company goals
