Responsibilities
• Learn the Red Robin style of food preparation• Cut, sauté, broil, fry, and cook various meals• Prepare meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients• Follow established recipes and food safety guidelines• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old for most roles• 17 years of age for Host / Hostess positions in all states except New Hampshire• Preferably 6+ months of restaurant cooking experience• Ability to work in a high-volume restaurant environment• Understanding of food safety guidelines• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
