The Sustainability Co-op is responsible for supporting the enterprise environmental sustainability team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project manage two to three projects supporting one of the strategic initiatives for the calendar year under the guidance of a subject matter expert Project Examples from past co-ops: Expand and launch the internal Sustainability Excellence Awards program Assist in the limited assurance data audit and data improvement plans Benchmarking of best practices for the hospitality business unit Scope 3 data tracking and gap closure Benchmark and propose a sustainable travel policy Develop and launch a sustainable project playbook of best practices Executive team goal setting workshop development Developing internal sharepoints and newsletters Data analysis and strategy development Developing SOPs for data management at the facility level Skills/Requirements Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program from an accredited institution with a major in Sustainability, Environmental, Engineering, or Business with a sustainability focus Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship CUSTOM.PAY.TRANSPARENCY Why Choose Kohler?
