Job Description The Customer Service Representative will serve as the initial contact for our clients. The CSR will be responsible for greeting clients as they enter the store. They will speak with the clients to determine their needs and qualify the opportunities to either connect them with a sales consultant, or give them a tour of the store. The CSR will also be responsible for handling the phone system, coordinating deliveries with the warehouse, scheduling releases with clients, in addition to running credit card payments. Other administrative tasks may be required. Candidates who seek part-time or full-time hours are encouraged to apply. This position may develop into a full-time design sales consultant opportunity if the candidate is willing to learn our products. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced high-traffic retail store. The store is open seven days per week, and the preferred candidate will be able to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays.
