Ktec Inventory Control Coordinator

Knapheide Installation Center in West Quincy (Taylor, MO) is looking to hire a KTEC Inventory Control Coordinator to manage and achieve the facility's inventory turnover goals and to maintain inventory levels. This is a full-time position that works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM ; additional overtime as needed or required.

Source materials as required to execute an order at the lowest price that meets the customer's specifications. Participate in daily scheduling meetings providing updates on material status on all open customer orders. Insure proper receipt and issuing of material inventory such that inventory accuracy is maintained. Maintain an on-going cycle count program Train employees on the proper techniques for inventory management and cycle counting Insure defective materials are returned in a timely manner to suppliers after a RMA has been secured from the vendor. Authorizes payment for purchases by forwarding receiving documentation. Experience you'll need: Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task. Superior organizational skills Demonstrated success buying and managing inventory in a production environment Able to work independently with minimal direction Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures Team player who works productively with wide range of people Committed to providing excellent customer service Ability to manage people and meet the stated goals of the organization Experience you'll need: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
