LAB COORDINATOR ROLE!!! 1st SHIFT!!!
***M-F Role working a 1st shift
MUST HAVE
+ Experience working in a GMP environment with document control and sample management
+ Experience in Pharma or Sciences industry setting working with regulated documents
+ Either quality assurance experience, document controllers, or procurement specialist experience
+ GED or High School Diploma
+ Experience working with scientific based equipment (including chemicals)
Description:
+ Maintain all lab equipment, work with facilities and engineering on preventive maintenance schedule, vendor appointment as and when required and maintain calibration status of all equipment, including pipettes. (15%)
+ Maintain lab inventory of chemicals, common reagents, assay kits, assay standards, non-stock items, and other general lab consumables. Communicate stocking needs to inventory management group on site. (15%)
+ Preparation of chromatography buffer, formulation buffers, etc. according to buffer sheets with quality and consistency as requested. (25%)
+ Manage incoming samples for testing and ensure proper sample submission. Ensure samples are appropriately discarded as and when ready to do so. (20%)
+ General lab organization and 5s for lab workspaces. (10%)
+ Assist in routine lab tasks, including but not limiting to glassware cleaning, stocking supplies, freezer cleanup, periodic defrosting, etc. (15%)
+ Work with receiving department to organize shipping and receipt of materials between sites and with client/vendors. (10%)
+ Work with facilities and safety to ensure chemical waste pick up and management in the lab. (5%)
+ Assistance in sample aliquoting/preparation as needed
